Background

As the product designer at Jetseed, I worked in a team of three to improve Jetseed savings feature. Being the major feature, we saw a need to make it more usable, useful, enjoyable, accessible, equitable, and effective in helping users save for the future. Over the course of this project, our team explored the product development and design process, including conducting user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

The Simple Savings Plan also focuses on getting users started on the savings journey with minimal friction and high understanding so as to maximize conversion and solicit engagement with an interesting savings experience.

The Simple Saving Plan was designed with recent users in mind, which includes undergraduates, salary earners, and business owners who are the millennials due to technological savvy and necessity for personal savings. I was heavily involved in the user experience design and collaborated with one of my teammates during this process.
